Acceptance of the offer and electronic signature

If your contract request is approved by a contractor, you will be sent to an e-signature page on the contractor's website. All fees imposed by the contractor must be disclosed to you around that time. Before agreeing to the conditions of the credit or signing any formal documents, you should completely study the charges and rate information provided by the contractor. You are under no obligation to accept the conditions.

If you determine that the contractor's advance terms are suitable and want to proceed, you may e-sign the record demonstrating your agreement with those conditions. After signing, you will enter a legally binding contract with the contract provider and will be responsible for any risks associated with the arrangement. Your legal obligations are to the contract providers, not to eHomequote.co

Contract Acceptance Policy and Rates

eHomequote.co makes no guarantees that your advance request will be approved by a contractor or other specialized organization. If you are given a contract, eHomequote.co does not guarantee that the fees and rates will be appropriate for you or that your advance will be subsidized. All contract decisions are made by the contractors, not by eHomequote.co

Observance of the Law

You undertake to follow all relevant laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations when using the site and accepting or purchasing items or services from this Site's third-party sellers.

Credit Check

As previously indicated, our website is not a party to the contract and instead forwards your contract request to a pool of contractors who may evaluate your credit score and history to approve your contract request. It is entirely and alone at the discretion of contractors to accept your contract (as they may consider proper), and they are in no way liable to applicants or eHomequote.co for rejecting a contract request.

SMS and auto-dialed phone calls

By submitting your contact information to eHomequote.co you expressly consent to receive information via phone call, email, and/or SMS/text message, including the use of an automated telephone dialing system or artificial/prerecorded voice, SMS/text message, even if your phone number is on any internal, state, or federal Do-Not-Call registry list. You may opt-out by saying "STOP" to every message you receive, and you can ask for help by replying "HELP." Each month, you can get up to 15 recurring monthly messages.
